I'm really really digging the new blue light. apparently from some sources that it has 2 lighting settings. Blue and the Familiar golden glow like from the previous lamps.

I'm wondering if it has a phone like the Series 1-6 Tardises had or if we've lost the phone behind the PTO sign.

From what ive been told and found out the phone is now gone.... But that may change.

So nice to finally see some return to form with this TARDIS. It's funny - I always thought the NST TARDIS looked bad because of the square panels. I don't think that was the real issue though - I think it was just that there wasn't enough space between the panels and the walls, or the divider in the middle. Looking at this prop, the panels seem to be around the same size, if ever so slightly narrower, but that extra room between the panels and walls make all the difference. I can't wait to see this prop on TV.

That's a nice image of all the 13 cosplayers in front of the Tardis. It show that, even with the added (functional) fasteners, the Her Universe/Hot Topic looks pretty good, aside from missing that pointed detail on the lapel/collar lining.

More twitter photos. Some show the wood grain really clearly. Also, is it just me, or does it look like the PTO door is slightly ajar in the last photo? If the rumors that the phone was removed are untrue, maybe it's going back to a 9/10 era-type phone, where it's attached to the door itself. Or maybe my eyes are just deceiving me.
