Had a fun time working in the shed. Had to run out for some jigsaw blades. After I fit the new blade, the handle broke. I may need a new jigsaw.

So much much more to do but I suddenly discovered I was tired. When you're tired and starting to make mistakes it's probably good idea to stop.

Now to scour the rest of my secret hiding places of wood for some more 2X4s.

Had to activate the architectural reconfiguration system. Okay I didn't actually have one of those so I just had to manually move stuff all around to try and make room and make it a little more clean.
it's a good idea to keep up with cleaning in the work area.

So the above images represent two separate sections of walls that broke due to unforeseen circumstances. I had joked that I would turn these into season 15 walls - because the centre dividing line bisects a series of roundels.

... But the I might have use for these so I'm not disposing of these just yet.


The above pictures represent a wall of three rows of roundels. However due to some twisted 2'X4's and maybe other factors...... Basically I liked all the walls I made yesterday. And these are all scraps and maybe fixer uppers. Taking a break. Things didn't work out as planned but tomorrow is another day.

Different thicknesses....

So adventures in tardis crafting: I broke a blade on my jigsaw and tried to track down the package (there were originally 2 blades)...... Then I remembered I had put one on the original.... So I had to track that down.... Blade has been changed, and now I have to run. People to see.

Come across that twisted 2x4 problem again.

The last wall in the initial set and something is slightly off.... I'm sure I just have to reposition a few things and it will come together.

Spent a couple of days recovering from Tendonitis.

So the last wall (you know I'm making more) required three sets of hinges to make the join closer to true. Not sure if it requires a fourth hinge.....But it is on the table.  Spent time tightening and loosening screws, and moving hinges back and forth. I will probably add some luan to help fill in the gap. But I'm much happier with this wall now.

So ... Deep Breath. The reason I was having so much trouble making this wall aligned was that one of the wall segments was .... Upsidedown.

Fixed.

Looks much better.

Yeah, I include the mistakes in my buil diary.
