Great job, tigerman! One thing I noticed is that you have this latest render labeled "4th-7th Doctor's TARDIS". The 4th Doctor actually had three TARDISes: the Brachacki-Altered (from "Robot" to "Seeds of Doom"; 1974-1976), then the Newbery (from "Masque of Mandragora" to "The Horns of Nimon"... would have been "Shada" had that story aired, though it is available on DVD; 1976-1980), and finally the Tom Yardley-Jones mark 1 (from "The Leisure Hive" to "Logopolis"; 1980-1981). So the one you've got rendered is the Newbery; it's the only one to have the white lamp (though the box under the lamp was blue).

The 5th Doctor made use of the TY-J mk 1 for most of his run (1981-1983, with the Newbery, altered to look like the TY-J mk 1 occasionally making a cameo, possibly when the TY-J was getting repairs?).

The 6th and 7th Doctors used the TY-J mk 2 TARDIS, which was in service from 1986 until the end of the Classic Series in 1989, though the mk 1 and mk 2 appeared alternately in various episodes. (The 6th Doctor used the TY-J mk 1 from 1983 until the hiatus in late 1984; when the show resumed production in 1986 the mk 2 was used. So I guess you could say that he has two models.)

So, mostly you've got three 4th Doctor TARDIS versions to choose from. The 5th-6th Doctors had mainly one, the TY-J mk 1, with the 6th finishing out his 'Trial of a Time Lord' series with the mk 2, and the 7th mainly using the TY-J mk2. (I know I'll be corrected if my dates are wrong for the years the TY-J models were in use, but I'm certain about the Brachacki-Altered and the Newbery.)

Even more renders for you to work on! ;D But that should be okay; since the one you've got here - which looks like the Newbery - looks so nice, it would be great to see those other TARDIS models rendered in their glory.

I hope this is helpful.

Thanks! Glad you like it!
I actually have a model of the 4th Doctor's Tardis used in 1974-76 on another place  ;)
Just One update left for it but I'll show it off in it's own virtual build!
For the TYJ, I have an old render but planning to Make the MK1 soon!

I forgot the lock!  :o
So I added the lock, in which makes the pane smaller but still I got the lock.  :P
Also made the Logopolis refit as well. :)
