Finally, I had some time to do serious work on roundel production. I built a 24 X 24 vacuum-forming table to fit the reproduction fiberglass roundel I acquired several years ago. You don't get all the details of the fiberglass process but it is faster and cheaper. I am very happy with the end results.

Just utterly amazing, how did you go about making a vacuum forming table? I only ask because I've bought a roundle of ebay and I've taken a silicone rubber mould of it and am in the process of making fibreglass roundles from it to make a wall for the inside of my Newbery box, managed 3 so far with varying degrees of success. Going to use some of that Cob led strip to back light it.

I actually looked at a few tutorials on YouTube and adjusted a few things to make it work for me. There was one that made a 24X24 which was the size I needed
