The main construction of the doors is complete. I had to make them removable to get big items (console) from one side to the other.

I've become a bit of a fan of the Newbery box.

How will you cover up the "gap" between the back of the box and the control room double doors?

Or is it a trade secret?!

All of a sudden I think of "Death To The Daleks", where Sarah had to open the doors manually with a tire iron. If I could make console room set, I'd give it that function for a little episode detail remembering. And you know me, everything would have to be functional, as in you can use it to lock the doors in the open position, opening & closing with a winding gear.
