Looking great!

I never had any luck with 'no more nails'.  When it dries it's brittle, so a knock will break the bond.  Of all the cartridge tube adhesives out there, I only use an Evo Stick product called 'Sticks like Sh*t' (yes that really is its name    I deal for your job.  It'll stick two sooty bricks together underwater.  I'm even using it on my tardis window bars.  Homebase, Travis Perkins etc stock it.
