Philip Segal's book "Regenerations" might be useful I recall some bluepritny/design type things in there though the TARDIS Dims shown are not reliable so I wouldn't swear by the console images either.  Might be a start though?  We've seen a couple of members take on the task of an 8th doc conosle so they may have assembled the goods already if you can track them down - it'd be worth a hunt through this boards and also our old MSN groups.

Tony Myers built a replica for Dimensions on Tyne and put some photos on the MSN Rebuilders.

The dimensions console was *ahem* "inspired" by the drawings in Regenerations but once the basic proportions were decided there was a lot of tweaking to get the thing to look reasonably accurate... the trouble is, I don't think we wrote down any of the measurements! I'll take a look through my old notes t see if any info survives, if that will help. As far as I remember we simply settled on a diameter for the console shelf section and scaled it all from there - I seem to remember deciding it was 6 feet but don't quote me on that!
