Yes, I think that is the Shawcraft 1:6 model...

The Invasion re-used the exploding TARDIS footage in reverse and also had scenes of The TARDIS in space attacked by a missile, so the Shawcraft model again.

Also The Space Pirates used the model TARDIS overlayed on the small raised computer bay set in episode one, before a recording break to put the real prop in place

There's this half faded-out and not entirely clear Telesnap shot from the opening seconds of Marco Polo.



Seems to be a model TARDIS bottom left of screen. Chunkier-looking than the Marinus box I'd say.

Again, no DVD to hand but there's a teeny TARDIS in the model shots of the Snowcap Base in The Tenth Planet.

Yes that's the one, it does look like the full size one, but according to various reference works it was a model.

In The Five Doctors edition of In-Vision, it says: 'The Cybermen detonate their bomb just as The (Model) TARDIS dematerialises.

Without checking the episode, as far as I remember all the scenes of The Cybermen preparing their bomb was on the TARDIS scanner, so you never see them in the same shot as The TARDIS.

There are several bombs around The TARDIS when they detonate, but you only ever see one full size one with The Cybermen.

Honestly, I think that's the full sized prop in a long shot, rather than a model...

It wouldn't be the first time the paperwork is wrong.
