I recently bought the virtual reality game Doctor Who: The Edge of Time, where you get to roam around a very detailed AWJ TARDIS console room. Hopefully some of these screenshots are useful. These are of the console panels. Number one is the panel facing the doors, number two is the panel to the right, so on and so forth, counterclockwise around the console. I may add more if people are interested.

Can you wander into other parts of the TARDIS interior or is it just the console room set as we know it with no apparent doors etc?

Unfortunately it's just the console room.

Spoiler
The new trailer for season 12 has just come out. Unfortunately, it doesn't show as much of the redecorated console room as we'd like, but it shows that the crystal spider-like columns can change colour, and are seen sporting blue in the trailer (only for one scene, though)

Pardon the quality.

It's gone now but there was a article on Den of Geek to the TARDIS changes for series 12.

The walls have been moved further back away from the console to make the area bigger.

The outer crystal columns no longer move in flight - only the centre column. It was felt they were too distracting.

The door to the interior corridors and rooms has an infinity mirror to create depth.

It's still accessible - with a little google-fu and the wayback machine  ;)
A mixed-up non-conformist, trying to fit in.

Here's a link to the article! Seems like Den of Geek reuploaded it.

That's not in the TARDIS, that's just a random bit of alien kit with a passing similarilty in appearance to the current console room, in some kinda warehouse setting.

Here are a couple of close up component screenshots from Resolution of the Daleks. Is anyone able to identify the dial being used. It looks like a radio component but I don't know if it's a custom piece.

The dial is a motion driver (I think its called?) I have one of these from Bobs Bits

I found a roundel on ebay which shows the sizes and formation which is handy for reference.Screenshot_20221110-083626_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20221110-083610_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20221110-083606_eBay.jpgScreenshot_20221110-083602_eBay.jpg
