No, I don't think it is (I've watched that PIF Film as well) two things that come to mind...
The grass verge is a lot narrower and we should see that Telephone cabinet/air raid siren in shot in the photo below.....

The road may have been widened since the film was originally shot.  The wall present in both shots does look similar.
