A good 1/13 fresnel for model build

Does anyone know if there are 1/13 fresnel lense? At least for the ones I'm trying to do which is Brachacki Season One and Newbery Season 15. If not, how would I be able to make one?

I would check in the dollhouse section of some craft stores. They might have some porch lights that could work. I don't know how close to a 1:13 Brachacki TARDIS they would get, but on the whole, dollhouse pieces usually run on a scale of 1-inch = 1-foot (if that helps any).

You could make one, I think a couple of people have made them using lathe.

Or you could make it using clear washers/buttons. I'm not 100% sure who did it this way, might have been fivefingeredstyre

Gene (lespaceplie) had one made on a lathe. (http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=7729.msg100771#msg100771 -  His dad made it.) Maybe TigerMan can send him a PM with the specs for a 1:13 scale lens, and see if Gene's dad can turn one out for him?

Then there's Dave (lorisarvendu) who had one of his mates turn out a few on a lathe for him: http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=2997.msg36650#msg36650. Maybe send him a PM as well and see if he can work something out with his mate for a 1:13 scale lens?

Right first time, Mark! The first thing Steve tackles in his http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=7864.0 is the lamp and lens.

There are probably more like these, but my back is starting to wear out, and I need a lie down to take the pressure off of things. Anyway I hope some of this is helpful.
