Unknown Box

Hi, the description of this image is London Bridge area. I've looked in the database and can't find a box to match yet
the OS Map shows there is a box on King William Street junction with Upper Thames St.

This one's been discussed before, in the Police Post board: http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=6676.0. It's a police box, but certainly not a standard one. A beautiful-looking thing, isn't it? Good to see another picture.

Ill take a closer look later, but I believe that is actually be CoL #16 http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3875.0

The one at King William Street had a building railing at its back, and this one is closer to the road. There were only Five Boxes, so it shouldn't take long to narrow it down, just need to match the viewing angle of the photo with streetview.

I,m off today so have some time

I've added a street view and you are correct, it is Blackfriars Bridge.

Queen Victoria can be seen in both images although I think she has been moved to the median strip
