What issue number of what specific series of Titan Doctor Who Comics is this from?

Although it suffers from the same problem as the "New Adventures" Console Room in not having enough roundels... I think it is a better design as it's more visually distinct than an the angular revamp of the 5 Doctors Console Room (thanks to it being a mix of 5 Doctors and the TV Movie sets).
