I have just joined as I have a project I am about to start for Christmas. My son wants a full size Tardis wardrobe (he is 6), and we have told him that Santa can bring him one if he asks! I have now developed my plans for the build, but have been panicking on how to create the graphics for the top signs. I have thought about having them printed, but they seemed to be ridiculously expensive, then found this website. The guy, Robert, has been majorly helpful, and just seems nice, a rare thing nowadays, and I just thought it might help anyone looking for the same item. He also does other graphics ( the St. Johns sign, and door sign).
Awaiting delivery at the moment, but will update on quality when it arrives.

His top and phone door signs look fantastic. His St. John logo is a bit large, though; its smallest size listed is 8 inches, and one on the TV TARDISes (Hartnell and Smith) is only 5 inches, while the Cushing movies TARDIS St. John logo is 6 inches.

I suppose if someone contacted him for a St. John logo and asked for a smaller size, he might be able to work with you on that. His prices certainly are very reasonable; no arguing that, especially for those top and phone signs.

I originally ordered a 5 inch, but he contacted me and said it was to small for the adhesive to work, then offered the 8 inch at the same cost,  like I said he seems a genuinely nice guy, and I am hoping once I have cut out the St Johns logo it will look fine!

trace3005,
How'd the decal set from Outlaw Graphics turn out? Based on your picture from your build thread, they look like the decal was the letters themselves, is that correct?

I ask because I have signs that I am painting with glow in the dark paint, then I am going to apply the vinyl and paint everything black, so that when I peel the vinyl off it leaves the letters to glow. It seems like all the sign makers in my area don't want to put the effort in for such a small job, or if they do they want to charge a fortune for it. The company you linked to even has the exact size I need so I'm stoked.
