I made one before, years ago but after appearing at one convention (with Paul McGann) I gave it to a friend for his bookshop.  I've always meant to build another and started this one about 18 months ago.    Modelled after 2005 dimensions.  Pulls apart and assembles again in five minutes, and has a screw thread to attach sign boxes to the posts.   Seen here (today) laid out on the driveway having the door surround glued on.   Stands really well but is susceptible to a breeze outside.  Intended to be inside and against a wall though and obviously you'd add a hook to the sign box to attach it securely wherever it was going to be.   Still some work to do but thought I should share while I remember to...

Thanks David!  It worked out pretty well I have to say - it can be freestanding but looks good against the wall too.  My living room now...

Power is fed to an LED strip from an old wall mounting for a light.  Seemed appropriate.   Also screwed to the wall at top with a bracket give them the history of earthquakes and the occasional continuing aftershocks here.
