In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

There is apparently a mix of actual prop and model prop in this story. Ep1 (first image in the thread) shows the TARDIS with the square lamp cap (and its hemi "dome"), which I believe in another thread is IDed as a model FX shot, but Ep4 (second image in that post) shows the TARDIS (full-size prop?) still has the round lamp cap with wider, shallow dome.

In "http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=8259.0";, we see the full-size prop sporting the new square-hemi-dome lamp cap like that on the model. We also see that square cap in "http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=8255.0"; (serial N). "The Space Museum" is serial Q, and "The Chase" is serial R, and it looks like the lamp cap alternates between the stories, and then in "http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=8265.0"; (serial V) we're back to the round shallow-dome cap. (I know we don't have any images from serial P ("The Crusade") up yet - no serial O listed that I can find - and that recording blocks don't always follow which story will air first, but this would be a nice detail about the full-size prop to know about: when the lamp cap made the final change from round to square.) So when would it be safe to say this change occurred to the full-size prop?

Sorry if this has been discussed before - and I forgot it - but seeing all of these great images literally flooding in, so it is so easy to see the progression almost side-by-side, really makes details like this jump out at you.
