Today I sat down and had a talk with my parents on how I am going to do this Fan series, they kindly believe I can do it, however they suggested i make a animated/ low production version so i can get the general idea right, and this would help me with directing the polished and final version.
I don't expect this fan series to be out for a at least 1-2 years, it may take longer. One thing that is troubling me is where to find a warehouse (for free or cheap rent) to store the tardis set when built. I considered setting up a kickstarter or a gofund me which I probably will at somepoint, (in a long time) I have managed to figure out the plot of the story, but I haven't got any script yet.

I'm going to be quite honest, I would be happy to see these in the show. I'm impressed. With the console room, you could put one of those 'transporter room' areas for the scanner. I reckon it would save time in construction and give the room some difference from other fan consoles. But I'm loving it!

These concepts are fantastic, especially the exterior. That's like the perfect Tardis in my mind.

I'm so looking forward to this project coming together. Good luck with the script writing!

Nice exterior, has a lovely classic feel to it. How many people do you have working on your fan series and where are you likely to be filming?

KIT-KAT

e

I only have a few working on it right now, however I'm about to send some emails out.
And I would be filming at my school most likely in our drama studio ( movable lighting) and at a local-ish place called swanage

I like the floor accents.  I may steal that idea if I ever get around to building a console room.

Here are some drawings I've been doing, I've started on the script and storyboarding, plus I hope to start a 1963 console build (but modified and different controls and timerotor) IMG_20180428_071338_697.jpg

Haha! Nah I can't yet. I need to gain more experience aswell as building props.
I'm not rushing it, taking it slow allows less panic

Are this like mini webisodes?  How long will each one be once all is said and done?
I want notes, lists and answers by the time I finish this here Juicy-a-Box! WARNING: I am Thirst-ay! And it is Fruit Punch! And it is Delicious!"

KIT-KAT

ah! that's not the entire script of episode one, so far it's about 10pages, so each episode isn't very long, I expect about 10-12 mins

Not sure if it may help you in any way but there is a free (ish) bit of software called Celtex which is designed for scriptwriting and had/has some great features for generating call sheets,  character profiles and stuff.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you can import Word documents into it.
