And here's me thinking they were dreadlocks or hair extensions!

It's wonderful how we (to (mis)quote Paul McGann's Doctor) humans are always seeing patterns in things that aren't there!!

Apologies for the picture quality here. A couple of grabs from one of the home movies made during filming, which seem to show strange cat-like eyes on this Yeti! Not apparent in any of the publicity stills or surviving footage AFAIK.
