Once again the Facebook Group "Doctor Who Props Masks, Costumes and Studio scale models" has come up with a Gem.

why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

A few more to add to the collection and a bit of detail I was able to find about it.

Data I got from the same site:
From the 1988 25th anniversary serial Silver Nemesis this is the original Cyberman war ship miniature seen on screen in the episode two cliff-hanger and again in episode three. The craft was designed and built by Paul McGuinness of the BBC Visual Effects Department and despite on screen appearance is the only miniature of its kind ever made, it was photographed and then processed by Jim McCarthy in Paintbox, a primitive version of CGI as we know it today, which although was not capable of generating images was able to resize and duplicate them allowing the creation of an entire fleet using only a single miniature.
The miniature is constructed from various materials including resin, plastic and kit parts, it features front and rear pods connected by a main body with weapons turrets to the top and bottom and is highly detailed with a weathered hand painted finish. The miniature features three mounting points to the main body with some fishing line still present from use during the production.
The unique miniature measures approximately 16" in length and sits 6" high, it remains in excellent screen used condition with some minor paint loss, most notably to one of the weapons turrets

A bit of extra information for you - the top and bottom 'gun turrets' are actually rotating garden hose fittings of the type made by the firm 'Hozelock'!

The same people who made the chest 'sockets' on the Cyber-controller in Age of Steel!

It seems the Cyber race has a contract with Hozelock  to supply parts for their technology!

That was the detail I was looking for when searching garden sprinkler on ebay the other day!

I immediately thought 'garden sprinkler' because of the shape, and the yellow showing through where the silver/grey has worn off.
I think the cylindrical part in the centre of the ship might be a garden hose fitting too.
A mixed-up non-conformist, trying to fit in.

The model used is Hozelock Rotating Sprinkler number 2125!

This is one of the strangest consumer items reused as basis for ship I've seen - possibly edging out the hair dryer ships. So perfect for something you don't get a long look at on screen.

I think your right there if the body is a couple of hose sprinklers, more likely a "joiner" that they plug into, we have similar things like that here in Australia.  :D LOL
Chris.

Now that you told me it's a sprinkler (great identification, by the way) I can't un-see it!! It's going to be weird next time I watch that story!!

I wouldn't mind making a small model of one of these no the's improved pictures have come to light, not sure what I could use though...
I speak to you from the final days of Gallifrey. I am the past you have forgotten. You are the future I will not live to see...

It seems, not just the Cyber race. Kettlewell used hoselock connectors for the nipples on the K1 Robot as well...
