This article shows that it has recently been moved, though the rest of the details seem to have been made up .

Being that this was spotted in the background on some news yesterday.. are you able to visit this box, or is it within a secure area?

Isn't it funny that even though it's non-TARDIS-like, it's still giving off a kind of TARDIS/Met box vibe. Much more so than an Edinburgh or Leeds box. I guess it's just the combination of the panels, the colour, roof-stacks and a lamp that sparks recognition in our heads.

That last photo almost looks as if it's partially buried, and there's a third row of panels just below the surface.
