Ha! I'd noticed that bubble globe paperweight as well, but wasn't going to say anything. (I'm glad someone else noticed. )

There were several of those that used to be controls on the 2005 TARDIS Console control panels: one panel had two clear ones; one panel had either two green or amber ones (depending on what the script called for); and one panel had one that was either dark amber or red (hard to tell the actual color).

Since the console's been at the DWE, all of those bubble globe paperweight "controls" have gone missing, leaving just their indents in the panels. So I think BioDoc was joking with you about having one of the missing globes - as in now we know where one of them went.
