Hey guys

I've been helping Jay with a new mini series of adventures for the Fourth Doctor - in puppet form! The first adventure is "A Leak in Time" and sees the Doctor meet a new companion (occurrying between Sarah Jane and Leela) and another familiar face!

Here are a few grabs to tease you.

And here's the film itself, episode one so far!

And how is it relevant? Features a CGI TARDIS based on the early Baker box, along with a CGI version of the Victorian console room - with added central column!
Bill may recall contributing the rivet-counting advice to get the police box prop model up to scratch, obviously there's a limit somewhere! But hopefully the little niggles like the detail on the box doesn't detract from your enjoyment of the programme.

Enjoy!

David

Jay has also released a little video of his TARDIS corridor recreations to be used in the series, check it out here:

Pretty cool! He's definitely got that Tom Baker voice down!

Really well done - I just saw the Doctor Puppet Who video earlier today. Excellent work.
why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

Did you notice any familiar names in the "Special Thanks" credits? Yup... the wife and I contributed to help make the Doctor Puppet happen, so we're in there! Loved it as well!

I think you're talking about the other Doctor Puppet now, if so, then well done!

Just the two that spring to mind.

The muppet-style puppet one by Jay and the other is the Rankin-Bass puppet one.

Then I guess no one's seen or heard of these guys before?

https://www.facebook.com/TheDoctorPuppet

Or seen any of their videos?

(Channel link: https://www.youtube.com/user/HelloDoctorPuppet)

And if you watch the above video in full screen - which is easier to see the names of everyone that contributed in the "Special Thanks" section, which rolls by at a decent speed - you'll see those special names I mentioned towards the end:

They make some nice videos, and they're short - only a couple of minutes - but still fun to watch.

Love the idea that the 4th Doctor had a hand in the 8th Doctor's console room!

I'm a bit late with this one but thought you'd all continue to enjoy this little ditty by my friend Jay, episode three of "A Leak in Time" is out. The Fourth Doctor and Betsy continue to escape the TARDIS and encounter a brand new TARDIS interior...

A little nod to "The Leisure Hive" is in there somewhere too.
