Not really sure where to post this so I thought I'd try here.

How very appropriate for the fiftieth anniversary of the release of the first Dalek movie! And what a wonderfully executed picture!

I loved Peter Cushing's interpretation of the Doctor in those films (even if he was an Earthling, and his full name "Doctor Who" was used several times - sort of like in Hartnell's "The War Machines" where he was called "Doctor Who" many times throughout the story). I have both films on DVD, in the box set that came with the "Dalekmania" DVD.

Cushing's interpretation was more like the absent-minded professor, yet still with the intelligence of a super genius. I liked his costume (and he is to date the only Doctor to have a mustache!).

This is a beautiful portrait, themaster73! Well done. You've really captured his likeness with uncanny accuracy.
