Cutting the side frame pieces.

Drilling the pocket holes with my brand new jig, in the first of 40 cross braces

Clamping all of the frame pieces before inserting the pocket screws.

Jury rigging the clamps with scrap pieces to "flatten" all of the joints.

First panel assembled. 7 more to go!

All panels assembled, ready for hardboard backing.

The three tops together for a test fit.

Last step of the base assembly. Note the use of pocket screws so no outside showing screws.

The first test fit of the major pieces. Tops 2 & 3 won't fit in the garage.

Moved outside for complete test fit. including a paper sign.

The first public show - Bartlesville Hot Street Party - June 26, 2015. Pouring rain hit 2 hours later as I was disassembling it, for the night.

I just hope no one mistook it for a portaloo....
