I could suggest the thumb wheels do under the tap light but in my mind to relevance I'm not sure how it makes sense but there certainly seems to be room

Well, depending on how much room you've still got up here where the blue arrow is pointing...

...if that panel hasn't been upgraded yet, you could always put those thumbwheel switches there, above those two large levers.) It would be nice to see those switches next to a console panel so get some idea of size.)

Also, since those switches are in three segments, you could always put them in three different places where you have room; like having the two smaller segments on either side of those large levers if there isn't enough room above the levers. Then you'd still have the larger segment to put on another panel where there's a blank spot big enough.

I hope that gives you some ideas to toss around.
