And the Daleks Masterplan Ep8 (not 10) 'Volcano' phone panel really lightened.

I'm not sure id put to much on this image as it is a composite created for the reconstruction so the tardis image may have come from another episode (my money is on the time meddler after comparing it to the viking helmet images)

Edit..

Yep definitely the time meddler check the rock formation it matches.  So the image from "Volcano" should be ignored.

I'd say they are the full prop as you see more of the box in the rest of the episode. The perceived slight angle of the windows could be down to lense distortion or lighting

I also think that the two pictures posted by Tigerman are the same prop - the first picture looks like its taken from the 8mm footage made by someone pointing a domestic cine camera at a TV screen, resulting in the picture looking darker...

Agreed - the easiest way to tell the full prop from the duplicate/porch doors is by the dirtying-down of the windows: On the full prop, from The Daleks onwards, both doors' window frames are relatively clean. From Season Two onwards, the right-hand door's window frame is the dirtiest.

On the duplicate doors however, it is the left-hand door's window frame which is always the dirtiest.  (Have a look at The Reign of Terror when the Tardis lands, both window frames are clean (full prop used), when Hartnell locks the doors, the left-hand window frame is dirty (porch doors used).) :)

That Daleks Masterplan Ep8 image is a tweaked shot from The Time Meddler.

Well I didn't know that when I posted it but good to know it was.
