Does anyone know the approximate angle that has been cut out of each angle in the new console?

Do you mean the angles within the corners of each panel, or the angle it is rotated up by?

I cannot answer the latter, but the former is 60 at the front and 120 at the back. Though I think it is usually easier to have the distance at the back and at the front and the distance between.

With X, Y and Z you can cut your boards perfectly (or make your 3D model perfectly) :)

And to with what rassilonsrod said, we've also got scarfwearer's Panel Angle Calculator here: http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?board=30.0. Just plug in the measurements that rassilonsrod suggested making, and let the Calculator do the work for you.
