I managed to get hold of this lamp for my build, a company called Massive
http://www.massivelighting.co.uk the company is in Europe even though it has .co.uk  did the Job a treat.

That's the lamp used on the Smith promotional boxes and the later part of Series 7.

Seems they list every country on the planet... except for the U.S.! (I guess they just don't like "US". Yes: there is a horrid pun there.) And searching Massive Lighting comes up with "Sorry, no items found".

Well... I've already got a lens; it's the housing I'm having trouble with, but I'll figure out a way to scratch-build my own, so poo on DMLights; I'll make use of my money elsewhere. (You guys on the rest of the planet are lucky.)
