This is a strange box.  It looks like the roof is still bare concrete, and it has a sign panel on the wrong (right-hand) side as if it were a Mk I box that had been mis-assembled.  Intriguing.

I think the "bare concrete roof" may just be an optical illusion.

Absolutely possible, even likely - but we have photos of police boxes in part built states - or prototypes where parts are still bare - hence my speculation.  The odds are in your favour though!
