More progress this weekend.

That's a nice shade of blue on the 2005 lamp.  Is that one of your vacuum-formed toppers or the real one?

lol it's just the undercoat.  I will try to match the color of the TARDIS body.  The top is one of my vacuform copies. I didn't remove the bee hive for time constraints.

Well, it's sort of there on the 2005 version, but it's smaller and there's a small hole in it to put it on a hook.  Personally, it doesn't bother me, so stick with it.

Wow, evil bob! This beauty is moving right along. I love how that lamp turned out so far. (How did you cut that hole in the center for the light? Hole saw? If so, what size?) And the TARDIS "shell" is looking amazing. I can't wait to see her blue!

The hole came with the lamp, lol. There was a fake candle attached to it.  I will no doubt attach a fixture for a bulb over the hole.  I will be using the Matt Smith lamp, but I'll have it so it can be switched out with the Tennant lamp.  I'll be odd seeing the Tennant lamp on a bright blue TARDIS.

My eyes swell when I see how far evil bob has come, and at the speed which he's accomplishing this build while still maintaining such a high quality of the build! Utterly amazing!
