Also something to note, is that the faders that are on this console date from the Pertwee era. These silver ones are (I think) a tadge smaller than the darker coloured ones from the 60's.

In effect, you might be able to get some good shots of these from Jon pertwee's era - Just imagine a short length of copper tube and a big red snooker ball on top :)

I notice the green thing (the door control from Logopolis when they expected the Thames to come flooding in) seem to have its surround changed at some stage...

I posted about this rainbow bar in another thread, it used to have lights underneath and maybe it still does here, in the top picture you can see it unlit and by the time the bottom one was taken they seem to have flipped it over so that the coloured gels are on the top and visible when unlit.

Here is my progress on my door opener. The flash makes it look brighter than it actually is. The colors are a spot on match in normal light.Dooropener.jpg

At some point wasn't there a door opener that was kind of a flat pad/paddle on a curved rod? Or am I remembering made up things again?

That was the original head used on that panel before the red lever was installed. There are the matched pair on the panel with the two circled color lights.
