Here's the progress so far on my 1mm card scale model.  Rather than paste pics (which I'd have to figure out how to do), you can see/marvel/laugh/criticise my progress here.

I don't care, I'm gonna have a model police box, and it'll be bigger than my son's Flight Control Tardis! ;D

That's looking brilliant!!  Loving the detailed build diary for your model, and the attention to detail is superb.  Hpe you'll keep the diary updated as you go - and you can get a flasher and white LED for the lamp from Maplins (dot co dot uk) - but it's a build it yourself circuit.

http://www.spacewarp.co.uk  has been updated.

(Yes I know what time it is.  My 5-yr old daughter likes Dr Who but jabbers loudly all through it, so now we record it quietly in the background, then all watch it at 7:30 when she's gone to bed!)

Roof and lamp now on.  Just the base & lamp housing to do, then signs and painting.

Wow thats looking just great.
Nice attention to detail and the build diary is fantastic.

Some blue paint and it will look even better I remember my mine looking O. K. then add the blue undercoat an voila a TARDIS.

I'm off to paint some more on mine now seeing as its a nice night.

Thanks for the comments!

Sorry my html isn't up to much, so you have to scroll through all the preceding pages to get to the latest.  However if you check the properties of a page or two you'll quickly see how to bookmark the last page.

Have started on the lamp assembly using (of all things) a cotton bud, and one of those plastic things you cover screw heads with on furniture.

I've also just printed out on laser acetate the roof signs & phone sign, but they'll go on after I've painted.

Hey ho, time to let the PVA dry & hope nothing droops! :-/

I'm going down the pub tonight so will be keeping well away from any paint and brushes when I get back (no matter how drunkenly confident I feel).  Probably start on the lamp on Friday.

Wow, a lovely model  :D
and such a great build diary

I'm interested in your signs - I know there are different variations but what made you choose Available rather than Obtainable on the phone panel? and where did you get the reference for the top sign?
