...I wonder if one could find one of those Borg regeneration things from the 7 of 9's sleep station that were so big at places like Spencer Gifts back in the late 20th Century.

Actually, some Spencer Gifts I've wandered into (out of sheer boredom, because that's about all Spencer's is good for these days) do still carry them. And there is always ebay to check out. I think they were called something like plasma disks?

I did a quick ebay check and found this listing:

I went by "Best Match", but you can sort it other ways. Seems they're called Plasma Disks/Discs, Plasma Plates, and a few other things. There are 62 items listed under "Plasma Disk", in varying sizes and colors.
