Wow! Is that a shell you constructed from scratch? Or a bought shell? Either way it's so smooooth!!! I love the interior as well! You're obviously a perfectionist. I just wish I'd focus on one project not the 5 I have going at the moment. :-S
Very nice!

What are you going to use for the foam like pieces on the sides? I just used a pipe/wire insulation that you can buy at most hardware stores

klee9

thanks for you comments, encouraging,
sometimes my perfection borders on the obsessive!!!
bought the prop on EBay last Feb and stripped it right down
to reinforce it and went from there,

gone with armaflex black piping seems ok,

cheers

klee9

pic of prop i recieved before stripping it down.

How much did u get it for an ebay? That is a decent prop, besides the really fake rust and paint and collar. But the shell of it looks nice

klee9

paid two something, it was very light and close but the front and back dimensions were
totally off, so had too re shape and re board ,both,
also the paint was tricky too remove, the head is sitting on a shelf as an ornament as is the side pannel!!

He looks fantastic :) Really lovely work here! :)
In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.
