It looks like a tidied up version of the Met blueprints.  I'd be very interested if you had a larger copy!

These are for the Met boxes. I found the same prints on a site back in 1999; I think it may even have been a Met site which is now defunct. It looks like whoever posted this on Google took the individual prints (they were downloadable as a .ZIP) and slightly altered them before being turning them into this collage. (I can tell that by looking at the Top Sign.)

Here's a couple of the 'original' images in the above print as they were when I unzipped that old file. (You'll probably have to open them in a new window to see them full size; they meet the 'below 500k' limit, so I haven't shrunk them down, but your browser will.)

I have that Entire Set, plus a few others and my own, on my Flickr site. Although its not stiched together nicely its all high resolution.

Yup... the same ones I got in that old zip file I downloaded last century. (Hey, it was 1999; I can say that and actually mean it!) And yes; they are prints and measures for the actual Met Police Boxes, NOT the TARDIS props, unless you count the Cushing box.

Nice find with those other diagrams, too, Starcross!
