4th Doctor WIP (aka "Work In Progress")

I started work on my 4th costume today.  Fit a few thrift stores and this is what I came up with.

I am going for this look.


Here we go....



This is the shirt's pattern.


And here is the vest's:

I am gonna add some bold black lines to the vest later.

And of coarse... the Sonic I made.

I am also gonna work on the season 12 outfit, but will do so later.

Yeah... you weren't the only one. I was very relieved once I opened the post and realized that I'd misread the title.

Suggestion for everyone: considering how horribly closely these initials resemble each other, perhaps for topics like this they should be written as "W-I-P", or preferably, spelled out in its entirety? (How long can it take to type "Work In Progress"? It was three seconds for me, and I can't really type worth a crap!)

It could save several grey hairs, not to mention a few thousand nerve fibres.

But I'd better not... I remember the last time I got that angry, and not everyone has gotten over Chernobyl yet.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some galaxies to catalogue for NASA. (No, seriously, I do. I don't get paid for it, but it's fun being a NASA "unpaid scientific advisor", and I do try to help wherever I can.)

Well, interestingly enough, the 4th Doctor will have been dead for 30 years come the 21st of March, 2011.

Oh that fateful day he tumbled off the Pharos array!


Perhaps we should hold a memorial for him on the 21st?

And let's hope Mr. Baker continues to totter along for many years to come. I'm dying to find out what turns up at Nest Cottage next...
