The pump/pedal was identified way back up the thread.

...But its great to have people looking critically at this console still - there is a lot of stuff still to identify (and the're probably hanging half of it for the new season just to dig at us!) - thanks guys

And with the Amazon link above we've got a source for buying this pump, at a great price (in GBP and USD). Although the Amazon one will need a coat of grey paint to make it match the console's.

I found this Flickr link with quite a few good reference photos of the Matt Smith Console:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/50118005@N02/with/4600946208/

On the first page, take a close look at the upper right corner of Images "TARDIS Console 38" and "TARDIS Console 37". Tell me that's not a petrol pump handle as part of the console. (Image "TARDIS Console 34" has a nice view of the swing arm for the keyboard between the pinball pulls.)

Always glad to help! And it's definitely a petrol pump handle. Here's another site with some pics posted. (First, the pic showing the handle and its orientation, with feed hose running up the console: again look to the upper right corner. It looks like they kept the original feed hose, although I'd guess the handle and hose were probably never used to pump anything: it's hell getting that petrol smell out of things like that!)

I think I've found a part, not 100% sure but I think I'm on the right track!
Circled in yellow is that some kind of Fuel Tank? used on either a Car or a Motorbike? Looks very much like one I think! Any opinions?

I know I've already identified these but as this is a thread for identifying the parts of the console it's relevant, the Atom Accelerator has parts which are Bullet Style Dust Caps, I've included some links to blue ones and gold ones :) hope it helps!

blue ones - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BULLET-STYLE-DUST-VALVE-CAPS-BLUE-ANODISED-UK-MADE-/110948119999?_trksid=p4340.m185&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC.NPJS%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUA%26otn%3D5%26pmod%3D320944324783%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D2049866559587203428

Found another one! Hope I'm not getting annoying with all these posts and findings :P I found the Hand Pump which is on the lower leg/base of the Console which is the panel that has the Sonic Screwdriver Holder. The hand pump is actually another boat part!

You guys are all going to get fed up with me  :P found another one! It's a boat throttle, it has a red ball handle however it's got some paint flake revealing black underneath, after a search on ebay I found the same one but with a black handle so I believe the handle had been painted red, not cheap!  ::) like that wasn't expected eh?  ;)

Right last one tonight now guys or I'll be up all night!  :P

The blue valves in the picture below are Water Shut off Valves, the blue is an unusual one as I've only ever seen red or brass, however the do exist! and I have found them so will provide a link  :) of course only the handle has been used, so if you were to buy them for a replica of the 11th Doctor Console some tweaking would be involved.

Actually, in another thread I believe this part was ID'd as a brake fluid reservoir from a late 1980s Ford Escort/Fiesta. (For the console it was suggested that it may be the "Fluid Link" that was seen in the Hartnell story "The Daleks", and referred to in many other stories, both Classic and New Series.)

And just so you don't drive yourself too crazy trying to ID some of the parts, check http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3048.msg33223 where a few of the parts have already been ID'd. (Now sourcing them is another story, so by all means when you find a link for something, post away! You're doing magnificently so far!)

I think I may have ID'd another bit of this console, and purely by accident. My wife and I were watching a few episodes (2-hour telemovies) on the Hallmark Movie Channel that we'd recorded. They were from a series called 'Mystery Woman' (10 telemovies made, 11 counting the pilot), about a young woman who inherits a book shop called "Mystery Woman Books". The young woman just happens to love mystery books, and in a 'Murder: She Wrote'-esque style she always stumbles into some sort of murder, and with help from her book store partner (played by Clarence Williams III - yes, the same one from the original "Mod Squad") and her good friend, another very young woman who is the assistant DA, she usually solves the murder before the police. This was part of a rotating series along with two or three others (like the early 1970s 'Wednesday Mystery Movie' on NBC in the US, where they rotated 'Banacek', 'Madigan', and 'Cool Million' each week). Anyway...

I noticed the old cash register in the book store, and on the side of it was one of these:
ConsoleAlphaNumThumbWheel.jpg
which you'll notice is on the console side on the frame to the right of the Atom Accelerator panel:
2010Console.jpg

Here it is on the register in the series; it's the best images of this I could find, but with it I've included a larger image of the same type of register which shows this piece.
MysteryWoman01.jpgcash register.jpg
(From 'Mystery Woman')                                                                (Similar cash register)

I haven't been able to find out what brand of register this is yet, or what this part was or how it was used, so if anyone has a clue please jump in. (In the meantime I'll keep looking.)
