I did this one not so long ago. I have a plan from Season 15, and that shows that on the 3 and a half roundel panels that is like this:

_ O _ O _ O _ (

We have measurements of:

_ = 50mm
O = 550mm
(  = 280mm
(total width of 2130mm)
5
and the depth of the recess is 150mm (added to that, the flats are listed as 19mm thick)

These panels are  2100mm wide and 3300mm tall (although the height includes a plain bit of board at the top and a short piece of skirting at the bottom).

By a process of extrapolation and going on a pattern of 4:
_ O _ O _ O _ O_
It can be deduced that the 4 roundel panels are 2450mm wide

and three panels would be:
_ O _ O _ O _
1850mm wide

The Doors...
the plans say "Make new door flat, use existing doors". The flat is listed as being 3000mm wide

Hope this helps :)

In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

This plan also makes use of one flat from season 14 (painted white) and the dimensions are

1800mm x 3300mm.

The Scanner screen is the same height and width (it was widened in some later season).

I've been looking at this thread with interest and was wondering about the discrepancy in  Purple's dimensions. He's got 19.5 overall diameter for the roundel but only 3.25" for the edging and 13" for the plate which surely only adds up to 16.25"? Looking at his picture of the untrimmed roundel I could see that this might be 19.5" but wouldn't some, if not all, of this edging be behind the wall?....If this is so could Scarfwearer's careful measurements be extrapolated from the wrong measurements?

Also, what colour are the walls? they seem to vary between grey, white and beige

The 3.25" edge is on both sides of the circle.  ;D
13 + 3.25 + 3.25 = 19.5

I've split this reference topic, as it was drifting into workshop technique, and merged that with the [ref topic=1873]Making Season 14 Roundels[/ref] topic.
