Revsteve, for a guy working alone with less than co-operative housemates, you are truly kicking goals mate!!!! The build looks like a professional job. My advice: when you've finished, wait til all your housemates are out of the house, then put it together in the living room. What are they gonna do?? :D

I love the Idea of having it inside the house.
If I done that I would end up living in it ( but some may say it's win win )
Alas, it's going to have to sit in the garden and get strange looks from the passers by on the street and have kids trying to break in to see the Doctor ( true story )

You should put a hidden camera in it so you can keep track of these potential TARDIS hijackers.

Steve,

The extra tier won't take much more than a short bit of time.  You're doing a simply wonderful job and she's really looking the part... Keep the pics coming!

cheers,
Jon~

I quick update.
There was a gap in the rain and it gave me the chance to try and fix my roof.

Just as I put the last screw in, him upstairs started the rain again.
I don't get it. All I was doing was walking around my build in a  goats mask shouting "Hecate, Hecate, Hecate" and the Sky's opened up.
I don't know what I did wrong ;)

I little more work done. I just need to do another sign for the top, fix it all together and do the lights and she will be done.

bit of a small and pointless update, but the weather is not good for builders in the UK at the moment.  :'(

It does look wicked ( as Ace would say ) from the street.

Well the weather got sunny and that says Tardis Build weather to me.
I still need to get the correct font signs and some little odd and sods, but she is almost done.
The lights all work and looks amazing at night.
The next pic should be the end build... I hope  ;D

So OK, it took me a little longer than 2 weeks, but she in now all set for her first adventure.
I found a interesting little light to put in the lamp.
I can't think what it reminds me of, but they say it will last 5 years.
I got my new correct font signs today from another place and it cost a small fortune but I think they are worth it ;D

All I have to do is think of what to do inside and it's done.
She may not be 100% correct, bit I am happy with how she looks.

I just hope all the coat's of paint pay off but I bet I will see the odd drip around.

I have put the sound chip from the Tardis Easter Egg inside and have had fun all night pressing the button and pretending it the real thing. ( I'm such a kid at heart )

I have had so much fun building my NSD and who know, I may even show it to my little Dog and NSD for a photo shoot lol

Thanks for all the help you guys have given me and I wish all the other builders fun and safe building.

Regards

Steven
