The Who3D forum and site run by Rob Semenoff is at http://www.who3d.co.uk/forum, and is for people interested in recreating Doctor Who related objects using 3D graphics.

Who3D.com is a separate earlier site run by Cliff Bowman, which is now moving in a different direction.

After spending only a few minutes rummaging through that site, it's not just cool, it's potentially conceptually interesting for actual builds!  I'll definitely spend a lot more time checking it out over the weekend.
