Unknown Tardis console drawing/blueprint

I scanned this image some time ago, probably from "The Doctor's Effects" by Steve Cambden.

It is dated 1982, and I think the signature is "Peter Logan" who was a visual effects designer for Kinda and Time Flight.

I wonder if this was an examination of the existing Sharp console or a proposal for new console build.

I think, being dated in 1982, that this was a quick mock-up of the dimensions of the console for use by Mike Kelt to create a similarly sized console.
