Met Police Post in Leicestershire HQ

I've never been able to track down exactly where this is. It's outside some kind of Police Headquarters in Leicestershire, and you occasionally see it behind reporters on the local news, but I don't know exactly where.  I only found this photo by googling images for "Leicester Police Station with Police post".

I only live about 25 mins drive from Leicester so if anyone local knows where this is...

These PA3 Police Public Call Posts were in many towns and replaced the original PA1's....

Here are some photos of this Police Post from 2014.
Note that they have used some unusually colored signs in the post.
The Text is dark blue and the body white, he complete opposite of the usual signs.
The Lantern glass is also not correct. Its blue, and not quite the same shape as the usual amber glasses.
It's also buried about 5 inches in the ground as well, because the first "step" of the base is not visible.
