Ah, there we are .....

why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

Not quite sure what happened during the forum's shut-down but, we seem to have lost "An Unearthly Child" and "The Firemaker" from this section.

So, here we go!

Notwithstanding these having been seen before, they're still lovely images of possibly the best layout of this interior!

You might have seen them before Angelus but, not at this scale; if you open them in a separate tab and you use the 'magnifying glass', you can see how the set was actually constructed!

For example, have a look at the ceiling canopy; you can actually see that the central diffuser section was fully detachable and was held in place by three small door bolts like these:

And another photo for the collection!

Oh my (time)Lord! I saved them to my collection without seeing how big they were!
The fact that, all these decades later, there are still new details to (re)discover is amazing!

Seeing them full size certainly makes the most of my new 2k monitor!

Thanks Tony! I especially love the ones where you can see the studio walls.  :)
In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

I just started my second Doctor Who project and am collecting data for my TARDIS Compendium (the previous project was the Sonic Compendium.) These console pages will help in understanding how the panels changed over time. It will help in correlating the actions I see in the videos.

This is such a superb reference, I can't express enough gratitude.

And before anyone asks, I will not be using any pictures I study here as the book is 99% text-based.
I'm here to collect data and make interesting subjective points of view.
