Window lighting

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to reproduce this window lighting, around the edges of the window giving a blue or yellowish hue.

Hmmm... May be having a clear frint side and sanded our even opaque sided glass panel might be a good start. The for the light placement either having a led band or glowing tube running around the edge of the window or a pretty glowy light in the center of your tardis inside

It's basically paint that you run an electrical current through causing it to light up... the problem is that its pretty dim
