I researched and drew up all the plans and  - in the process - used the very best photographic evidence which is currently available.......

There aren't any decent photos/DVD images of the 'dummy meters' graphics and therefore it isn't possible to provide this information.

These dummy meters appear to have simply been cut out from a magazine (or other similar source) and glued on to Control Panels 1 and 2. As explained there are no clear images of these items however, in terms of their sizes and positions (and - as far as possible - their overall design) they have been accurately drawn and positioned on the panels. And - because each plan has been drawn to scale - it is possible to scale-up or scale-down each diagram to produce accurate and readily usable plans for a build (whether that be at full-size or as a scale model or, indeed, in virtual reality/CGI).

HA!  Reminds me of my other TV build.  At least 1 of the vans from "The A-Team" has a red sticker on the back window.  I spent about a year poring through the Internet, 3 months watching the series and freezing the DVD, and trying to figure out what the sticker says.  I've had to accept that I'll probably never know. :(
