The Power of the Daleks 1966 EE Season 4 Story 30

So starting with the console room, we have the following photos that show us two photo blowup backdrops and two full walls.

And here's Tony's photo of the back of one of the walls (Which (as discussed in the other thread) must be the one at the front, near the chests going by the shadow over one of the roundels). I wonder if there's a wider version of this photo, Tony?

These two photos show a dividing strip between the photo blowups.

So we end up with a room like this (Borrowing Tony's sketch):

I'll have to adjust the floor plan, because if you look at the pic of Troughton looking at the camera with his diary, you can see that the first wall meets the PBU at 90degrees.

I'm going to suggest 45degrees for the angle between the two walls.

So, having borrowed from Tony's earlier artwork in the Brachacki Console Room thread, this is how I think it is.

Hopefully it's more or less in scale with itself - The furniture is just rough (Console also borrowed).

I've gone with 90 degrees, between PBU and wall, and 45 degrees between the two walls.

I recognise that Console and those 3D walls!  ;)

Very good Marc - I like it!

Thanks for uploading the pic of the drawers and chest :)

Is there a wider crop of the wall with the damage, btw?

Do you mean the rear of the wall from episode one of "Power"?

I'm not sure, but I think Jonathan/Markofrani might have sent me that one.

Yes, that's the one. Looks very narrow .

If there's more of that photo in existence, it might show more of the studio wall.

Have to say I like this thread. Are we planning on doing any more?

The Time Meddler and the Chase could be good ones to look at...

Feel free to start something. Just depends on what behind the scenes images we have, to decipher what was where. :)

Not sure if this is exactly useful ... but on the Troughton "Lost in Time" DVD set Disc 1
There is an extra with video recorded from off the Television.
