First Post ever , I just want to add that I recently Identified the throttle lever used on this console as the "H D Smith & Co Perfect Handle Adjustable Monkey Wrench 10 1/2"

From checking this walkthrough ive been able to deduct that the piano as see here is a victorian spinet(upright) piano. Dont know how usefull this will be but, theres that

edit: To be clearer the type of spinet seen in the control room based on the larger profile of the right hand "side panel" it will probably be one
that looks more like this
