The decorative molding on the corners of the corner posts, and then again inside the posts on the window panel side of the corner posts.
Are they different sizes

They make two sizes here.

Any advice greatly appreciated

And which of the lamp lenses at this link would work best for a Newbery

Again thanks in advance for the expertise on this question.

As far as I know the quadrant/quarter-round mouldings on the posts are the same. The exact radius will depend on which plans you look at. I'm using 15mm ones on mine, but some suggest they should be larger. As far as we can tell there's very little rebate around the mouldings on this prop - much less than the 5-6mm found on the other models.
There is an additional frame around the doors and walls, which is a different width for the doors than for the walls.
Again, the exact numbers depend on which plans you use.

Jelly jar lights are usually a bit small for a Tardis. The fresnel lens on top is supposed to be 6-7" wide, though sourcing those can be a challenge.
Take a look at this board on the forum: http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?board=79.0

For the molding, don't try and find actual molding as that is not going to suit your needs,  You are better of just buying quarter round and then using the "sandwich" method for making the posts.  Check out Scarfwearers newberry Build as well as Evil Bobs YJ build, you will see what I mean.

As my pal GalacticProbe said on my diary, Vermont Lantern sells awesome "chimneys" that do well if you can't find an authentic Fresnel lens. I am using this one for my TYJ build.

Thanks Ive bookmarked that link.

Could i trouble you for the links, ive looked but cant find them, but i think i see what you mean.
The molding in my OP are available here at most hardware stores, but i am keen to check out the alternative as you suggest

I'll check the reference pics section again, i only spotted the external corners and then the inner wall ones.

Edit: i could have sworn i saw a ref pic yesterday that showed the more intricate molding like the ones in my OP.
But looking again today it looks like its just a simple quarter round, as suggested.

If you're referring to the Build Diaries that Karsten mentioned, you'll find them here:

I hope these help.

Dino.

Since Hartnell-Era-Builder has asked for copies of my Newbery Tardis plans and because the construction of the prop is being discussed here, these might help:

Newbery Front and Sides.jpg
NEWBERY ROOF.png
overhead newbery.png

These diagrams are a work-in-progress but I know the dimensions of the roof are entirely accurate as the TY-J stepped roof has to be able to fit on the Newbery prop and I have the measurements of the TY-J prop.

As regards the remaining dimensions, I'm hoping to be able to persuade Slava/DW_1200 to create wire-frame photogrammetric diagrams from these plans which can then be overlaid onto photos of the Newbery prop. This (with some possible tweaking) will then give us as near-perfect dimensions as are possible in the same way that Slava and I worked on the original Brachacki Tardis - see
