The first two are about as beautiful a shots of police boxes as I've seen.  Usually they're blurry and hiding behind a bush in the distance.  Here they're center frame and largely unobstructed with some nice period details surrounding them.  The last picture is fine too, but the think I really think about is how the walkways, tunnels, and retaining wall in the foreground would be a decent exterior shoot for some futuristic planet.  Lovely photos.

Great stuff!

At first I had thought the first two had already been posted, but in looking closer though they are nominally the same shots as previous postings to J23 they have been cropped differently by Frith - a bit less is visible in one and a bit more in another compared to the other versions. Interesting.  8)

And Pete, how very Hobbit-like to be so generous to us all on your Birthday! Many happy returns!

I don't know if you've noticed but the box is connected to an air raid siren. Fantastic picture. Thanks for sharing.
