NST lamp cap dimensions

so i've got most of the lamp for my Tardis complete, all that remains is the cap that goes on the top, i plan on making this myself so am in need of any dimensions that might help me out.
this is the lamp so far.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I remember seeing an image with all the measurements somewhere on the forum but I appear to have forgotten where it was. However, I did make a 3D model of the cap using the measurements.
